How to set up (three steps)

  1. Turn on Save to Gallery inside Telegram — open Telegram, tap ☰ → Settings → Data and Storage → Save to Gallery → enable for Private Chats, Groups, and Channels.
  2. Grant Photos & videos permission — the app asks once during setup so it can display what Telegram saves.
  3. Open the app — everything shows up automatically as Telegram saves it. Filter by kind, bulk-select, share, or forward.

Voice notes and documents that Telegram doesn't auto-save to your gallery? Use the built-in Import Telegram Media option to grab them.

Privacy at a glance

Media Saver reads photos, videos, and audio only from local storage — never uploads them, never analyses them, never shares them with anyone. Banner ads are served by Google AdMob (which uses your device's advertising ID for personalisation); everything else stays on your device.
